well this being Bradford the scooby driver can be from any background.
the only certainty here is 90% of scoobys on the roads here have the fog light button superglued on and all visable seatbelts removed.

This reminded me of that monty python / not the 9 0'clock News sketch.....wearing a loud tie in a built up area, walking on the cracks in the pavement, having thick rubbery lips...........
