Earlier today the missus crafted some typically mocking innuendo around "wanting fireworks at midnight". I'm sure she'll be in awe of and surprised at the spectacular display that is the 'Angry Dragon'.

I remember about 20 years ago, it was just the odd bang or whistly, now its like November the 5th, still good fun though, what I hate is when some **** lets them off at 2am on a normal night, Bonfire night and New Years, anything goes, will the Astravan be set alight ?

We have the Iceland Supermarket new tycoon's inlaws living in our village. He spent a fortune on a spectacular fireworks display there, in his Bollywood wedding this Summer. He rode a white stallion for the wedding as well. He is another odd Indian like me, living in a minority around here. I bet he is going to spash mega bucks on some serious fireworks in his in-laws' back-mansion tonight. I shall watch it from my house window.

Enjoy the whizz bangs! We were supposed to make and let off a Chinese lantern, but it's raining, as per usual in Scotland. So we let off a huge helium balloon and had a few sparklers.
