Checked mine on the apple site a few days ago, confirms mine has been received and requires replacement but new one not dispatched yet, I think they may have been caught short with the response to the recall

I too received the latest generation one today. Really pleased as I only bought the 1st-gen one off ebay for £30 in the hope they'd exchange rather than fix it.

Got my latest gen one too. It arrived before the website was updated. I had it in my hand before I got the email with the tracking details.
