Family tragedy in my town
It all kicked off in Melton Mowbray a couple of nights ago and some of you may have seen it on the news.
It happened a few doors down from where I used to live and has shocked the town.
The guy is a similar age to me but I did'nt know him, usual village rumors are flying around about the reason for his dismissal (affairs etc) but I feel for the surviving kids, they have a huge amount to deal with and will need a lot of support.

I bet thats what he would have said a few days ago.....
In some ways I think we all have the potential to do it, we just need the right switch flicked on our minds.
If we think of the brain as a thousands and thousands and thousand or wires. If we touch the right (or wrong!) 2 together, we will end up doing some crazy **** that we don't understand. We don't know what will drive us to it, until it happens. Maybe you catch your wife sucking on your neighbours pecker?

Irrespective of circumstances there is no excuse/reason for anyone to commit such crimes. Those that do are just ticking time bombs, and akin to a dangerous animal should be put down immediately.

I think the Police should have investigated his reasons for abusing the PCN, a thorough interview/mental analysis would have revealed his reasons and subsequently should have been given help. The sacking pushed him over the edge

I'm not excusing anything. Just trying to understand why someone would flip.
I'd suggest paedos and rapists did not do the act on the spur of the moment.

Anybody who kills someone in Melton would be killing their own family anyway, what a crap hole. I live 15 mins away and avoid the place like the plague, almost as inbred as Newark

It is difficult to imagine how anyone could do that to his family. He must have been seriously unhinged mentally.
What also worries me is that there seems to be more of such evil actions being carried out these days.
