Moving home... Sky tv...
We are moving in a few weeks and by coincidence sky have sent us a letter saying free install at our new home etc...
We currently have sky plus, phone and broadband and am happy to stay & take it with us but I'm wondering if we should cancel the account and start afresh in my name for a hd box & possibly better benefits
We only have the basic package and am NOT wanting to pay anymore.
At times our plus box will go quiet which is annoying as it always happens half way through someone talking.
So what should we do?

When you sort out the home move on the phone, mention your box is faulty and you are interested in an upgrade. Depending on offers etc they might offer you a free upgrade. If not, cancel it,move house and take out a new subscription under your mrs name instead. If your moving before the 15th of this month pm me.
