£5bn Cuts To Pay For Building Plans
"Much of it is going to come from the private sector and pensions funds so we use British savings to invest in British jobs and British building.
Hmmm So the country is going on strike over pensions on wednesday causing mahoosive amounts of chaos and yet the gov or going to again raid the pension fund to build a few more roads.
Wonder how many of the paddy navies and road workers will actually be British? or which construction company will get the contract!

Who's pension funds though? Public or private sector pension funds? If it's private I'm going to stop mine, as it'll be worth even less than it is now. And it's worth fcukall as I write.
Sorry but there is no money in your pot as it went towards building a new road. However the teachers pensions are unaffected. So good news for them.

At a rough guess I think this
private sector and pensions funds
May answer your question but I wouldn't like to speculate that it is private sector pensions.

Who voted this government it. Seriously there was a reason why they haven't been in power in ages.
