Well I am biased of course because I don't particularly like that kind of bad language at most times although I fully admit that I am likely to use it privately under duress!
I certainly don't think it is impressive to say he used it towards his child who then felt it was normal to repeat it to him.
It gives an unfortunate insight to the man's character that he proudly states that he uses that kind of language in such a context.
