second car
#4
I had a Focus ST and liked the power, but had several problems with it. Mainly the power steering pump: went once within warranty and then again two years later. The second one cost me £700 to replace. Reversing sensor went and the bonnet lock broke. Both of those I fixed myself.
I sold it eventually a few months ago after it looked as though the exhaust was about to go.
Edit to say: They have shocking resell values and depreciate very quickly. The poor chap I bought mine from had it for 10 months and lost £10K .... I had it for a further three years and it lost £6K. (£22K -> £12K -> £6K).
Just before I sold it...
