Dear Mr Brown,

Firstly, many thanks for officially complaining to the Council re disabled access to the Richmond Golf Club. It proves my suspicion of just how sad a character you must actually be. Secondly, it must be bitterly disappointing for you to discover that the Council cannot actually take any formal action, as we have done nothing wrong. If/when we get permission from English Heritage, to finally install our proposed scissor lift, we will all be able to offer unlimited access to any disabled guests who visit us. I just hope that you 'little' organisation is fully compliant with all current H&S, Fire regulations as we could all play ridiculously petty little games if we choose.

I suggest you stick to playing the triangle, as it's more suited to your personality.
