On a serious note, does that even go through your minds?
If/when you are in the situation, with a lady you have had an inpromptue 'meeting' with, would you just go ahead?
Maybe the lucky lady says 'its ok, I am on the pill', (coil, patch, implatnt etc) so you don't think twice about it, ecauze the only MAIN concern is pregnancy?

A one off like that you'd have to be mad not to. Main concern certainly wouldn't be pregnancy - you can run away from that.
