Cake is good!!!!
As mentioned in your wedding thread,my missus is a wedding cake designer/maker and does celebration cakes...
Here are a few for ya to look at,all flowers and butterflies are airbrushed or painted sugarwork BTW..

Although those cup cakes do looks nice they arn't exactly hard to make are they.. and the decor on them are premade and stuck on...
Sorry to put a downer on things but I like more create stuff.. Like those wedding cakes or my makes ones here>

As for them being easy, NO. well not for me. I can't cook to save my life, it's such a task, and baking is a no no.
If you have a natural ability I expect it's easy, but it's not something that anybody could do.

some great creativity, but i hate all that icing and stuff - just like the inside cake lol.
the wedding ones above look like orniments. more for looking at than eating.

It's butter cream icing, so not as heavy, but the decorative are filling.
Those ones are for an 18th birthday party. She is doing Halloween ones for a family get together

Funnily enough, I made the exact same colour cupcakes on Sunday. My daughter doesn't like hard icing so I made butter icing and she also chose blue and green colouring.
Although we just sprinkled some 100 and 1000s on the top.
I'm doing chocolate fudgecake this Sunday.

If you re-read my post it wasn't slating the cakes it was a comment about ones that I have seen in a shop. If you want to take the hump feel free and you probably do come on here to post pointless sh** and thats your choice.
I doubt your sister, uncles brother neice in law or whoever makes them has exclusivity on cake making so it is very likely with a generic iced cake some similarities would exist with others.

I took the hump because is seemed to be that you were insinuating they were pictures of a cake from a shop, rather than something she has made.
If you want to make a half arsed comment about something then do it so that your intent is clear, and not easily misconstrued by someone. It's easy to take the pi$$ on t'internet you know.
There is always a clever so and so who tries to turn a decent thread into a slanging match.
