A quiet word please......
“Hi – is that the head of MI5? Oh good, Cameron here. How are you George? Sorry to interrupt your golf but I do need a word in your shell like.
My people are beginning to make a fuss about this Libyan rendition thing so I hope your chaps have been busy with the shredder – we have a spare one if needed - and have cleaned up a few more hard drives – no back-up discs left in the boozer again please…….
Now shuffle as much as you can back onto Blair, especially the BP link with your chap being taken on by BP, clever move by the way. And it would be very helpful if you could dig out that Blair memo to that fat little Scot about sending that Lockerbie chap back to our friends in Libya to get the oil deal done and dusted.
I’ll deny everything of course but you need to get shot of anything that we did after we got Brown out.
Must go George but just to add that we’ll have to put on ice your thoughts about shipping out a few rioters to Syria for questioning, not sure the timing is quite right yet.
Meant to ask – how does Sir George sound? Don’t let the b,astards etc”
