Don't forget Chris Goffey with his regular roads test on diesel - where almost every time he negates to mention how lethargically slow and noisy they are when compared the same car with a petrol engine.
To think he was harping about eco/fuel saving cars long before it being so fashionable as it is today
Although I think he'd have a coranary if he drove a modern Tdi with a 0-60 faster than 30seconds
