Makes sense if you take the apostrophe out of tree's.
Loads of people seem to think that 's is the standard way of pluralising a noun. Mostly those who have never willingly read a single book in their lives.

I love reading books and try to read as much as I can. Reading hasn't helped my spelling or grammer which can be really pathetic at times. Not everyone has a great education and there is no need to embarass someone over it.

Always imagined mine was fine but Ms Jock pointed out my misuse of "it's" recently.
Point being, "it's" quite (or is it "quiet"?
