There's a hell of a lot missing from that vid.
That's actually the passenger, not the driver.
The full vid is here:

These are the comments from the cyclist:
Oh, and the pratt in the film has been reported to the cops

These are the comments from the cyclist:
Approaching the roundabout, preparing to turn right I make a shoulder check and a clear right turn hand signal before moving into the RH lane. There's traffic on the RAB, so I stop and give way to it. When it's clear, I move onto the RAB, keeping to the RH lane until the exit prior to the one I want. There I make another shoulder check and a clear left turn hand signal and then move across to the LH lane ready to exit the RAB.
It's at that point I get the first shout of abuse. Not sure if it was the driver or the passenger of the Ford Fiesta, whose registration I could only get part of.
I make a comment about there being enough room on the road for both of us and this appears to enrage the passenger, who climbs half out of the car to hurl more abuse at me.
The second set of lights are red and so the car stops. The passenger jumps out and still hurling abuse, approaches me with what seemed a clear intention to punch me in the face. Still unsure of what I could have done to upset him, I apologise to my assailant, who backs down and walks off to find where his lift has gone off to, still hurling abusive comments as I ride away.

I love how the cyclist becomes hard after he passes the guy on foot but is all apologetic when he is walking towards him, also why does the cyclist think it makes him feel better to shout at the car that they are on film? why? what had they really done until then? Ive pipped and shouted at stupid cyclists.

In response to the post above.
I didn't see that the cyclist became hard after he passed the guy on foot......I think I'd be apologising too if faced with that gentleman in need of a visit to the dentist.
What had the cyclist done to get the abuse. Does saying 'you're on camera 'really deserve the knuckle craggers response?
Pipping and shouting....ooh get the tough guy!

To be fair the cyclist and passenger were both as bad as each other. The cyclist seemed to think he was invinsible 'cos he had a camera on and the 'flat cap' wide boy was just another cockney gobsh1te.

Oh, come on.
How the hell is shouting back at some abuse as bad as getting out the car, walking like Ray Winston saying 'caant', grabbing someone and threatening to punch them?

Another thread where a w4nker cylist gets defended by the SN cycling helmet cam club.
He obviously cut the car up on the roundabout and then yells 'you're on film' at the car.
While the guy's reaction was way over the top if the cyclist had just waved his hand and wasnt filming the whole incident it probably wouldn't have gone any further than that. This whole helmet cam thing is getting out of hand!

I ride and have no wish to wear a cam, I despise this breed of cyclist.

****edited by webteam to remove excessive swearing/bad language/homophobia****
any cyclist who wears a cam enjoys causing trouble FACT.
I bet this person gets bullied evrywhere he goes and has to film alot of his daily routine just to stop hiim getting smashed up!
I dont care what the scoobynet cyclist rebel alliance say, there is no need to wear a camera unless your going to cause trouble, the cyclist looked like he cut the fezza up pretty good then had the cheek to shout your on camera while looking down from his moral shire horse thinking he is invincible cos of his camera.
I know that cockney wide boy was a tool but that cyclist needed a kicking, it might stop him being such a t**t on the road.
Reminds me of that mikey the recumbent rider we all fell out with last year, id happily forcibly remove the camera and smash it up!

Cycling home last night I was hit on the shoulder by a half full can of coke, thrown from the window of a chaved up civic.
Worth pointing out that my only crime was being a cyclist (those that know me, know I follow the highway code to the very last detail, my pet hate is **** hole cyclists running reds etc etc).
Considering that this was totally unprovoked, it goes to show that the attitude shown by GC8WRX is alive and well north of the border too
The irony being that because I live in the sticks, I even know where the coke chucking shed driver lives...
Hmmmmm...
