I recently spent a couple of nights in Stepping Hill Hospital (although not in one of the wards with the adulterated saline) so the recent news has been relevant to me.

Does anyone remember that Punch used to have a caption competition where they ran an old cartoon and asked readers to come up with another caption? Well, in the deep recesses of my memory I recalled an appropriate cartoon. Hope you enjoy this.....
