I did decipher that it seemed to describe repeat threads/posts of a memorable event, but had no idea what it stood for. Googled it and everything, and nothing made sense... But the bespoke-ness of the acronym will be the reason why!

In non-Scooby circles, it also translates as Stuck In A Loop, with very similar connotations.
