Has anyone got a BlackBerry from work with BES?
Be warned, even though SMS messages are directly sent to the carrier for delivery your BES admin can set a policy to log these on the server. Same goes for calls made and BBM messages
Most people accept that company email can be monitored but I bet many assume SMS and BBM are private, they might not be!

I'm a BES administrator for a large company.. Its easy to monitor but we don't and I don't know of any companies that actually do. As far as I am aware RIM don't even do this.
