Default Sky installers in Northern Ireland

Big thanks to Finlay Communication, the official Sky installer in Northern Ireland. was having a problem with my LNB on my dish. It was an OctoLND (8 feeds). my SkyHD box upstairs was breaking up some channels. i phoned Sky and got a service call booked. Guy came out, replace the LNB but my box was still pixelating on some channels. He told me my SkyHD box was faulty. "how much is this going to cost me says I". "Nothing" said the engineer. SkyHD box replaced as well. Result. If you have any more problems just give me a call.

First class service, that didn't cost me a penny. (i cheekily got the service call for nothing after complaining about the last service call i got a year ago)

I am still half expecting to see the £65 call out charge on my direct debit next month but when i asked the for a transcript of my call with Sky they got all sheepish and stated they couldn't provide me with one. I got a name at the call centre and asked to have the conversation put in my notes online. only time will tell.

a replacement box ,lnb or cable is all under the service call (£65 or free in your case) so he was only doing what he should be doing

Not to put a dampner on it, the chances are very high he has replaced it with a refurb box, so it'll most likely go faulty within 3months.
