Just heard via radio 2,that dissident Irish republican group have issued a bomb threat for central London.

Nothing on Sky and no specific location.
Threats of this type must be a regular occurrence but to announce it via the media must raise the stakes.
Let's hope it turns into nothing but an idle threat or a hoax...

I agree with the comment about there being hundreds of Irish people on xbox live with an [IRA] spouting hatred towards anyone who is not from Ireland.
What they're too thick to realise is that they're bankrupt and cannot afford to run what they have now, let alone take on the cost of running Northern Ireland.

Because the aim of terrorists as their name suggests is to cause terror and unease. So the fact that the Police find a bomb causes disruption and in addition makes people uneasy.

You do have to let one go off every so often to make the threat real.
