Adoption - A Home for Maisie
Moving on from the other thread.....
Facinating story on BBC 2 last night about a family who adopted 9 very troubled children.
Thankfully there are people out there who can offer these abused and neglected children a home.
I wish I was more like that.

Yep they get a fooookin fortune a week for them , my mates missis cares for two boys.......they have serious fkin issues but she's on a good £600+ a week

Pretty sure you don't get a penny if you adopt, they are your children, they just didn't come out of your wife's tummy.

Well, that film made me cry, but I am such a baby. 
It makes me so angry that some people are allowed to have children and keep them.
Social Workers get criticized for not doing enough, yet also get called baby snatchers if they are take kids away. No kid should have to eat their own nappies or be force fed their own sick.
One of the girls in that family was parenting her 3 siblings at the age of 5. And we're a supposedly civilised society....
