Very low in fat, not a bad source of protein. Most of the sports supplements sites sell it.

I have never tried it but Costco sell it, the stuff they sell will be good but wether you like it is a different matter.

The big supermarkets sell it, might not be finest in the world etc but better than crisps as a snack.

Susmans also sell Jerky (and are UK based), but Biltong is much better. Why not order some of each to compare them?
