Hunter woodburning stoves..........thieving gits!
Just had an e-mail back from the above in response to mine about 3 weeks ago asking if I could have some more glass clips and screws.
These are smal pieces of steel about 15mm long with stainless screws, that hold the glass into the doors.
Last time I needed some, 18 months ago, they were free.
Today, they want 70p per clip, plus a £5 P&P charge!!!!
Thast's an outlay of nearly £10 for six screws and six little metal pieces!
Thieving *****, I'll make my own!

Whilst I agree with you, many companies have a minimum order charge, so £10 isn't too bad. It just about covers the processing, packing, printing etc...
When I worked for a company and someone rang up for a small magnet (about 10p worth) I had to tell them the minimum order charge was £100!!!!
I often people a couple free as 'samples', depending on thier attitude

I would hardly say they're ripping you off.
You was lucky to get them free last time.
People expect companies to work for free these days.
I.e 6 clips £4.20 employee being payed £5.20 p/h say 15mins to do it £1.30 , eat. £1.50 for delivery.
That's £7 not including packing and labelling costs if they do that.
