According to the web site it will be a bit earlier tonight - I'm in High Wycombe and it is saying ISS/Shuttle will be visible between 6:13pm and 6:18pm tonight (8th) and 6:39pm and 6:43pm tomorrow.

Was discovery docked with the ISS on Sunday night?
If it was then I saw both when I was looking at the ISS pass over,
Just looked like a bright star moving slowly overhead with the naked eye, still impressive tho.

Go here http://heavens-above.com/selecttown.asp?CountryID=UK, put in your town and then click on the day/time (8th March 18:13). It will show you a pretty graphic to show it;s transition. Pretty much it's West -> SW -> South -> SE. Though I guess in the main part not close to the horizon, will be SW/South for most of the time for the UK.

Try that instead? Lists the major constellations too, so may help spotting it

No, you posted a general link where you have to input your town, seems that is too challenging for some :-)
