Hi all,
I'm on business in Chicago in the near future and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for good restaurants, bars, ents etc.
Many thanks in advance!

Theres a rib place called the *twin anchors* about 5-10 min cab journey from michigan avenue, these are THE best ribs in the world, you can actually order em and get em sent anywhere on the globe, the place is really friendly aswell and don't be put off by travelling into the residential area, its pretty safe.
If you're their on a weekend and you've never been to a baseball
game, its a def must, quality day out, chicago has a bit of drinking culture unlike new york, and there are bars everywhere...
shopping ain't to bad either....
Lets us know if you want more info, and I'll rack me brains a bit more... ain't been in the past couple of years....

Brilliant for music, obviously Blues and R and B( proper rhythm and blues that is!!) .As said before Michigan Avenue is shoppers paradise - try and keep hold of your spending in Niketown!!
Restaurants are brilliant serving everything, make sure to visit Sears tower Skydeck only 6 or seven quid an well worth it if you dont suffer vertigo- you can see cross 3 states by all accounts.
Sports enough said !!!!

Would say that you could checkout a baseball, hockey or football game. Mucho fun! just avoid corn dogs
