Bloody, bloody government websites!
Two years ago it was HMRC, who INSISTED we hadn't submitted a tax return and fined us. I later found it on THEIR website and RE-submitted it and they accepted it.
Last year, 05/11/2010, I applied to work for Census 2011. I filled in all the forms online, did three one hour tests online and sent them all off.
Heard nowt, until today, when they e-mail me and tell me that because I never did the tets, I've been rejected.
What IS it with these websites?
I've rung and complained but don't hold out much hope.
They are "getting back to me".

Well, I hit reply and sent them a quickie last night saying I HAD done the tests. Luckiliy I did it straight away, as I got madder as the evening went on and a later one would have cussed them out to hell and back.
Imagine my surprise when I get a SECOND one this morning saying they have checked and FOUND my tests which I DID complete on time after all?
We shall see what happens now.
