Not really the answer you're after - but I hope you've left the line rental with BT?
It's the only thing I'd give them any money for.

Our broadband and phone are with Newnet - their advice was to leave the line rental with BT as anyone else needs to get BT to sort any problems anyway.

Why? BT are a rip off for Broadband.

I didn't want to change at first, as I thought i wouldn't get connected when I wanted to, etc. But if anything my broadband connection is more reliable than when I was with BT.

Plus, I save hundreds of pounds a year in the process.

When you say BT are a rip off for broadband how much are they trying to charge you for it?

Does that £15 a month cover Broadband, Line rental, and free calls?

If it does, then I stand corrected.

Couldn't get a good phone only deal anywhere, so i called my current ISP

Be-there, and they've done me a bundle including line rental,

Still better than the current phone provider.

No we pay the line retal also, but I was answering to the question broadband is a ripoff, I didn't realise you wanted the package...oh and we only use evening and weekend free calls so thats all we have and thats included.

£15 for just broadband is not that bad for unlimited on the highest package and is comparable with most others. imo
