OK, serious now .... did you know that, temporarily, the water goes down the plug hole the opposite way at around midnight on the Equinox (both of them).

Not sure why, or how, but drain the bath at midnight on the Equinox and watch the water stop rotating down the plughole - reverse direction - then revert to the normal state of affairs.

Did you know that Phi (1.61803), also known The Golden Ratio or The Divine Proportion has inspired thinkers in all disciplines like no other number in history, from Phidias, Euclid, Plato and Fibonacci through to Roger Penrose? It's not confined to mathmaticians, of course, it extends to biologists, artists, musicians, historians, architects, psychologists, and even mystics.

From the ratio of the bones in your fingers and the spiral of a Nautilus shell, through to the relationship of the Moon and Earth, and the spiral of the Milky Way itself, Phi permeates everything.

Did you know that the front leaf springs on a LDV Pilot van are made of composite carbon-glass fibre?

Probably the only advanced thing on those pieces of crap (even though the technology was developed in the 1970s and took 15 years to make it into production)

If you measure the length of your outstretched arms, it's equal to your height. And from your elbow to your wrist is your shoe size.

Everything?

How about the dark side of the moon?

Or the moons of Jupiter? Or Pluto - has anyone ever seen that - it is not even a real planet!
