Default 1 for the chefs of SN

Wheres a decent place to go looking at kitchen knives. Went to my local John Lewis and they only stock globals. Now I love Japanese steel, and have quite a few that are, but globals just don't fit my hands.

The only requirement is that the blades are Japanese steel, be it stainless or carbon.

Any good independent cook shop should have a reasonable selection.

Unfortunately for you though I have a set of Globals, around £150 for six knives and a stand in Costco
