Ford open prison ablaze
I hope those responsible are punished severely for this, with a good beating from the riot officers, followed by a long extension to their sentences in higher cat prisons!

I haven't seen my local MP, Nic Herbert, on any of the news clips. He must be the nearest MP living near Ford and is Police Minister

Was pleased to hear that some of the prisoners have been transferred to Belmarsh, haha that should be a wake up call for some, hopefully the ones to blame.
Fingers crossed they will serve extended sentences there too.
Still shocked at the damage caused, but was not surprised to hear it's being put down to the cuts.

What a waste, no wonder the country is f*cked, scumbags that burn down the place they are held in, sounds pretty cushy, I think a couple of snipers picking them off may have quelled their enthusiasm for rioting.

They were saying that the organisation is too lax and there was a very good supply of alcohol and drugs obtainable by the prisoners. The place was more like a holiday camp according to an ex prisoner.
Hell of a mess, and very expensive too.
Looks like the staff need sorting out.
