There'll be a deal in there somewhere - I mean returning a net sum and assuming she'll keep the 5 years worth of interest on $7Billion... still good work if you can get it.

Seriously though....what use would a single person have with $7bn? (I might use it to buy Sky TV, so I can split it up and sell it off, but I doubt $7bn is enough).
I mean if giving back $7bn meant retaining, say, $7million, it would be more than enough for most people. And certainly alot fairer than giving nothing back. The fact it would probably have to go back anyway is certainly inevitable - as long as people can afford lawsuits, they'll just keep trying to sue until they win. Problem is now they'll probably use the money given back in aim to get more money via compensation for loss of interest or legal fee incurred etc. So giving the moeny back doesn't leave her in the in the clear as she technically admitted its not her money leaving her vulnerable to further action.
