Hmmm, I may have to pass if it goes anything like the previous series, for example:

COMING UP: Hugh gets into trouble (1 minutes of dramatic clips of what will happen)

"Hugh gets into a slide, if he doesn't recover, he'll jack-knife, explode and fall through the ice"
(cue animation of exploding truck falling through some ice)

"oh, he's recovered, that was a close call"

< Adverts >

Then a recap of what just happened (Hugh having a little slide), then another load of clips of "dramatic" moments to come up next.

I guess I my have watched too many American docu-soaps of recent to tolerate any more. We'll see.

Totally agree with Ali.....

First series, great entertainment

Second series, over dramatise the commentary and coverage of actually very undramatic events

Very poor

The only good thing about the last series of Ice Road Truckers was Lisa

Same reasons here .... The first series was good as it was something new and interesting, in the 2nd series you just wanted them to hurry up and show Lisa..... Do you think she will get it on with Hugh the polar bear ?

Didn't they let slip that only one truck had fallen through the ice 5 years ago and no-one was injured? Not that dangerous.

Stick her in jeans and a jacket, looks better lol.

I agree fully with Ali though, there have been probably a couple of worthy spills this season. And now the idea that they took the same crew to these roads is just a joke.

Hugh is an irritating **** though
