In Chatham too!
Just down the road for me.
Wifey works in police hq as a call handler. She has probably taken a call from that **** before.
There is one woman that constantly calls in threatening to kill herself or that she has already tried to. Police go round, nothing wrong with her and she is given a warning. The she will call in 30 mins later complaining that the police must have let her dog out, yet you can still hear the dog barking in the back ground!
Some people are just not right in the head and constantly take the ****.

You really have to put in a lot of effort to be that stupid. She must get up in the morning and work out ways to maximise her stupidity. She even sounds stupid. After no more than 5 seconds I knew she was stupid, would continue to sound stupid and then say something stupid. I mean she must know she is stupid, or can you be so stupid you don't know it. You'd think if you knew you were stupid (ie, everyone told you so and regularly at that), you might just double check your thinking before you did something stupid. If she was us, listening to herself on the BBC website, would she think it sounded stupid or think it was a good and proper use of police time. What a numpty!
