Got tickets for the boxing tomorrow night at the MEN arena, never been before so where is the best place to park? also what is the food like inside (normal football stadium rubbish)?

Don't use the MEN multi-story unless you can get there early enough to get on the bottom 2 floors.

Best for a quick getaway is the Printworks. If you walk back through the Printworks complex after the fight there are some machines where you can get your car park ticket stamped for a discount, there's one outside the cinema, not sure where the others are.

There are some outdoor car parks opposite the MEN but not sure what they are like for security.

Can't answer the food question as we always eat in the city before going in.

They are OK actually as they usually have a couple of guys looking after them who also marshall the cars getting out, but you are right that the best bet is the Printworks.

Make sure you swipe your ticket 2/3 times in the Printworls discount machines as it doesn't always register first time.

Food inside is rubbish IMO, go to the Printworks - some good relatively cheap eateries there.

You can park at Victoria Station carpark which is just 5 mins around the corner .Should be easier to get out of at the end .

In fact the fight will be over in less time than it takes to walk to your car .!!

Well he has been saying he knows what round he will take him out in and his friends know as well .He would not say because he did not want the odds shortening for the friends /family that he had told .!!

I dont expect it to go on too long .
