This piece of **** has won his appeal against the stripping of his British passport.
How a dog like this was given one in the first place amazes me .
Hopefully he will be extradited to the US and we can finally wash our hands of him.

I thought this government said they were going to opt out of these stupid 'human rights' laws, which simply help terrorists and other scum
Can only hope he is extradited to the states and is killed in an 'accident' or something.

£50 says he also wins his extradition appeal...............
......... because it will breach his human rights.
The new government are trying to change things to stop this happening, but all anyone has to do then, is appeal to the European court of Human rights.

Edit - look how long this has been going on for ...
"Mr Justice Mitting ruled it was unclear whether Hamza was stripped of his Egyptian nationality before or after the then home secretary David Blunkett gave notice of his intention to strip the cleric of his British citizenship on 4 April, 2003"

You can't be silly 'cos this is Scoobynet but........
Dare I suggest you get a Google Toolbar with a Spell Check on. We can let most things past but "polatitions" is pushing it a bit

lmao,
anyway back on topic.
just read the article on the bbc, the judge kicked it out due to uk trying to remove his passport after egypt, although he couldn;t say when egypt had.
it does go on to say that it will have no bearing on his extradtion to the us. although tbh i think it will prob make it easier for a uk citizen to be extradited than an egyption citizen.

Justice Mitting the presiding judge has been pivotal to numerous successful human right appeals by Islamic agitators .
Why is he so compliant to this group at the expense of the British people ?

We seem to protect and also spend time and money on evil racist scumbags like this.
