I once restrained a guy on the street for over an hour on 'citizens arrest' due to vandalism... nobody turned up and when I called back they said 'oh, are you still there, we'll send a car over in the next hour'

In fact, I can go further... you get these police TV extravaganzas with helicopters chasing mopeds through a donkey field or some crackskank in a Vauxhall Astra belting down an M road being pursued by a dozen police Volvos and we are presented with the 'tupac' while some northern **** witters on about how 'superhuman' the police are ... ffs
