Chilean miner doesn't know what's coming!
His missus spotted another women clutching his picture at 'Camp Hope'; it transpires it's his mistress! He'll be absolutely begging his rescuers to send him back down.

Book Title
So now they're coming out I can be a bit more frivolous. So if you were one of those miners what would you call your book about it all?
The Long Hole to Freedom?
Shafted?
Chill Out?
One Good Reason to Diet?
Suggestion welcome

The miners should have been greeted by everyone dressed up as the "Planet of the Apes".
The look on there faces would have been priceless....

What with all those BBC staff there, they will probably buy the site off the Chileans and use it for some early evening Saturday night tripe game show, like that one set in neighbouring Argentina. They could lower people down the hole and then let them try and climb back out. Fastest time wins!
They'd probably call it "Total Black-Out"
Alternatively ITV might fancy a new location for "I'm a Celebrity, get me out of here!"

Can't imagine what it would be like to be the last guy down there. You've spent over 2 months in close confines with 32 other people and then you're on your own in the dark for what would seem like an eternity, thinking have they forgotten me?........
Still I like the idea of everyone dressed up as apes.

Joking apart, I have the utmost respect both for the engineers who achieved the escape method so quickly and effectively so far (11 saved as I write) and also the fortitude of the 33 miners having been stuck in that cave for 2 months.

I'd take the chance to knock one out before returning to the surface.

We have a guy working with us and being trapped in work like that would be right up his street, total workoholic/moneygrabber and would have continued to do his his shift each day and if on bonus would have hit his targets each day.

Seems to be a hell of a lot of hoo-haa about their mental state etc. and making assumptions that they will all need psychiatric treatment.
I would have thought that the sight of the real world again and the relief of having been saved would be most of what they need to recover fully. I was wondering if it was a big fuss to make a bit more news about it all for the sake of the media.
I liked the bloke who did the cheerleader bit for the crowd and got them going. Maybe he was keeping them happy underground as well.
