My FastCar photo shoot!
Hi, im kinda new on here, but was lucky enough to get a feature in FastCar magazine with my old car. I know most of you will think the mags for 'chavs' and most probably wont even like my car, but im so proud of it! Especially as it was my first car, and all done on £1k budget!
Anyway, ill let the pics do the talking....
Now sold the lil clio and bought myself a classic impreza. Link to project thread: https://www.scoobynet.com/members-ga...ne-scooby.html
Its coming along nicely, going kinda the same route as this lol

I like that actually. It's different in like a Euro type look - is that what you were aiming for?
Only thing I'm not too keen on is the random graphics on the rear window/petrol cap/wind deflectors.
Certainly not the usual charvered up lexus light crap you would associate with Max Power or Fast Car.
How did you do it on a £1k budget then?

Don't like it one bit - but i like the fact it ain't the usual chav tat either. Your taste may be well removed from mine but i respect the fact it looks well for the budget

Wheels are simply Banded Steelies. An extra loop of metal added to the wheel towards the outside edge to create a Dished Effect.
Easy enough to get in 4x100 as all the VAG guys run them.

Apparently it was really bumpy, but i didnt really notice tbh. Dont know weather becuase i was always driving, or because i just dont mind bad ride quality though lol! Only thing that did worry me was hitting a dead animal or some debris in the middle of the road that i wouldnt be able to avoid....took 1 sump out because of this

i quite like the look of that to be honest, not my cup of tea, but looks good for the budget, and love the wheels, its a shame more people dont move away from the "NORM" and do stuff like this. slightly biased as i have a clio 172 daily driver, but still got respect for something different.
