I do not agree with the burning of books full stop.

He's an idiot but otoh the liberal-lefties attacking him and saying that it will inflame the muslim world and promote terrorism are hypocrites.
When Muslims burn American flags, stab journalists and leave the knife in their chest with an Islamic manifesto, blow things/people up etc, 'we' are supposed to turn the other cheek and tell ourself they are not 'real' muslims etc.
So this Pastor is an idiot but otoh he is moving the debate along and exposing hypocrisy.

It is certainly a very stupid act to start burning books as an attempt to get back at Islam.
Apart from the fact that it is a serious insult and cannot be justified, especially by what is supposed to be a civilised society, it will give rise to extreme trouble since the extremists will have the complete excuse that they need to really start trouble. It would be an absolute gift to them!
This man is a maniac and he should be firmly stopped before we see many innocent people suffering because of his dangerous intent.

As he only has a congregation of about 50 people, surely if the stupid media didn't publicize this then no one be the wiser and it would be an irrelevant act?
I do not condone what he is doing as he is plainly a moron, but then is it in the public interest to show it across the world?

So an American church is planning to burn copies of the Koran on September 11th.
This idea is weird.
