Britain's worst water supplier?
Must be mine: Anglian Water.
Since we moved to this area 5 years ago, we must have had on average 2 or 3 unexpected total water cut-offs every year in this neighbourhood! They usually happen first thing in the morning (when you really need the water!) and it normally takes them a good day or so to sort it out after you have rang up to tell them. You're then left with a further 3 or 4 days of cloudy discoloured smelly water to flush out. On every single occasion it has been a fault somewhere in their mains system and not ours.
Still I guess it help keep the Bills down if you can't use any water!

Another vote for Anglian, who supply our drinking water, but Severn-Trent take away the sewage etc.
BOTH charge 2/3 of a FULL bill for THEIR bit, saying it's the most expensive bit, so I end up paying 1/3 MORE for my water than a simialr property with ONE suppplier.
Anglian's water is at a VERY low pressure, just scraping over 1bar, and regularly tastes of TCP
Phone calls ellicit the response that the taste/smell is somehow MY fault
