Looking for some prices / info on...

I have a 35mm colour negative that I would like to have scanned and printed in full colour on A2 (or maybe bigger).

What would be the cost for the 1st copy and then additional copies?

Is it possible to have one photo taking up the whole page, with an additional photo in the top left and top right corners. The other two photo's are part of the same sequence. If so, would what be the cost?
