Clocks Forward - was it global?

Help!
I have to dial in to a teleconference this afternoon and don't know whether the clocks have gone forward in the US (no-one else here knows for sure either). Is east coast time -5 or -6 hours at the moment? I'd hate to dial in an hour early. On the other hand, don't think I'd be too popular if I dialed in an hour late and everyone had gone!
I have mailed the tc leader, but as usual - no response
If anyone can let me know before 3pm, you could save my afternoon!!
Cheers!

The US move there clock forward this weekend, so they are one hour further behind. I found this out as I was supposed to have a conf call with them on tuesday at 5pm GMT, but it ended up being 6pm GMT

Their times are wrong. I called San Fransisco on Tuesday at 6pm GMT and it was 0900 PST their time. They are normally 8 hrs behind, but are 9 hours until the 7th. I put 5pm GMT into the fixed time and it gave me 9am in SFO. This should have been 8am.
