Neutral feedback left on eBay in error, how to get it removed ?
Sold a cabinet on eBay, winning bidder paid via paypal and has not yet collected the cabinet yet has left neutral feedback.
Tried contacting them through eBay but no joy.
Anyone know how to get this removed ?

Can't be altered ... supposed to sort out differences before feedback is left

Edit - who worries about neutral feedback though? I just take it as minor differences of opinion ... doesn't stop me buying from someone.
