just watched it, greedy, snide b`stards.
did you see that irish guy yesterday, cant trmember what it called but its a series where he has a surgery that would put most hospitals to shame and he will do anything to save or help the animal, eg, rebuilding pelvis`s and fitting a cat with feet.
you could just tell he does it for love rather than the money

The bionic vet if im not mistaken-a guy at the top of his field-better qualified than most human surgeons who has a reputation of adjusting his bill to suit the owners financial situation-well worth a watch on telly.

Some humans would pay more than that for a thermometer up their ****.
Heard of poor vet standards before. Even the one we use and trust have admitted to another work colleague that pets are a bit of a racket. Theres lots of farms round here (work colleague lives on farm) and the vets know that farmers won't pay for their animals if the cost outweighs the price of the animal. Whereas with pets, money is no object.

Did not see the programme, but going by what our vet charges, they have well and truly jumped on the bandwagon! £35 for an anti cat flu' inection which takes less that 2 minutes is well out of order!
