Its my birthday today and last night we had chinese takeaway.
Spicy chicken fried rice, some side orders of spring rolls, crispy wontons and prawn toast (between 6) 2 portions of chips also between 6 washed down with 6 carlsbergs and some fudge birthday cake for desert.
Today I had a sausage toastie with Brown sauce for Breakfast.
Burger king wopper meal for lunch.
The Cherry on top was an indian for tea down at the tandori house. Chicken Balti, mushroom pilau, and Garlic Naan! again followed with more birthday cake when I got home.
That lot must have been 10,000 calories.
Going running tomorrow lol. It;s only your birthday once a year!

I'm at war with myself to stop eating crap and do more exercise. After two weeks simply stopping eating rubbish, eating more fruit, drinking fluid when hungry, walking, cycling or rowing machine at least four times a week I feel far more energetic and have lost 2kg, and during that time there have been two BBQs. 1kg more and I will be back in the normal range for weight.
I'm trying not to do anything insane/unsustainable, but at 35 I'd begun to let myself go a bit, a 4 minute rowing machine rating at the start suggested I was average for fitness for a 30 to 40 year old over 75kg, but I didn't feel it.
