At last, some British pride
I know this should probably be in Sporting, but in the light the England World Cup sham, the impending failure of Andy Murray, here's a thread to congratulate a British sporting success.
Congratulations to Graham McDowell for ending 40 years of drought by claiming a very well deserved victory in the US Open Golf Championship last night! He remained as cool as a cucumber as the world's golfing elite fell apart on a very tough course.
Well done!
England footballers take note, stop being ponces, realise your potential.

not gonna support them on principal unless i see some backing for the England world cup team from the bog-trotters, sweaties and sheep-******** (not Mr Impreza as such).
