RBR has probably been the best rally game i have played, surprised that nobody has done a total conversion on it and gave it a proper updated lick of paint.

Haha, you worked that out from that trailer? All rendered video, no in game at all, that's pretty impressive
I'm not saying it won't be, but there is nothing to go on at the moment except supposition.
TBH, RBR was too simmy, it has to be accessible or it won't sell. GPL was very realistic and I loved it, but it wasn't a huge success. The days of niche games have gone I'm afraid.

Anyway you can still build a decent sim and put in driver aids for all the noobs. There's no excuse imo.
