Animal rights in China

Animal rights in China
I was sent a link this morning, and how they treat animals is disgusting. Skinning animals alive in front of other animals, and despite them screaming with pain the men are laughing and joking. Another video showed a chef frying a fish alive, you see the poor thing gasping for air. Then the customer callously sends it back because it has died before he could eat it

Think I've seen this same one as well, can't remember what it was but remember the poor thing still blinking 'after' it had been skinned, cruelty on a whole different level IMO.

Perhaps these films should have been circulated more widely on the 'net before the Olympics?
And what about UK Aid that goes to China? Should this be stopped or re-directed to animal welfare?
There is only one word - BARBARIC.

It's heartbreaking the way they treat animals.
There was a link on here a while ago, showing some of the pollution over there. That was horrifying too

I saw a program on tv where they deep fat fried a live fish and then it was still moving whist being in batter on the customers plate.
They also cut a snake into small pieces and that was still moving whilst they tucked into it.
Sick b4stards.

Even given China's attitude to human rights and animal rights they still got the Olymipics a couple of years ago which pretty much rubber stamps and condones what they do to people and animals.
The patition is a great idea and for all the right reasons no doubt but it will fall on deaf ears

i don't think any country is whiter than white
I have seen footage taken in a chicken processing plant of people using live chickens as footballs
to be fair they looked more accomplished than the present England team

Is that including Chinese who were born and living around the world? What about the Chinese who are against animal cruelty? So you condone genocide and that's your solution?

I have not eaten meat for over 20 years, I dont buy leather etc etc, before I go any further I must point out I am not one to preach about stuff and I never talk about how burgers are made when people are eating them. Basically I dont do the things that give Veggies a bad name.
The things China are up to is nothing, and I mean nothing compared to the way a LOT of the high street brands in the west act.
If you knew how KFC conduct themselves, how Petsmart deal with lame pets they get in as stock, how Purina test the food they make then CHina would seem like the tip of the iceburg.
Like I said I wont bang on about animal cruelty but to single out China is a bit to selective for my me.
