yes -- it does what is says on the tin, We have been using it for a couple of years

our BT bills went from £210 a quarter to £60.00

I have used them for nearly five years now
great no hassel money paid via dd
0.5 connection charge then talk all day not have to worry about hanging up after one hour
texts have just gone up to 3 p
we use it for calls to family in USA and Canada and Cebu mostly £12 a month including mobiles etc
my bt line bill is normally £2 a quarter
never even had to ring their customer services
recomended and you keep your bt line too
