Will be interested whats reported tonight, not in a morbid way, the events a tragic 1 and should never have happened. I am willing to bet that this is going to be a new witchhunt, with the below outcome.

1) A repeat of the findings of Hungerford and Dunblane, where they shouldn't have been granted licenses.

2) A knee jurk reaction to ownership ie; the removal of ownership.

And yes, I do own firearms.

Simon, I think you're right. They'll probably want a ban on shotguns after this.

The thing is, if you're in the frame of mind this guy was in you can probably use lots of things besides a gun of some sort. A car driven into a crowd of people would do terrible damage too for example.

It's by no means a 100% accurate but on the bbc they were interviewing a supposed friend of the gunman, and he stated that he had no gun license.

It's been unreal here today. Work was locked down and everyone was trying to find out what was happening. Most folk know victims as it's such a close-knit community. He was driving round randomly shooting people at point blank range, usually in the face . Glad yours are all OK Steve.
